1)Open Registry by going to START->RUN and typing REGEDIT.
2)Double click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
3)Double click on SOFTWARE
4)Double click on Microsoft
5)Double click on Dfrg
6)Just single click on BootOptimizeFunction
7)In right hand panel look for Enable. Right click on it and set it 'Y' for enable.
